Placing Your Order at (re)connecting.earth

Agreement

• By completing a purchase at our Store, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below.

Order Placement

• How to Order: To place an order, click on the 'Contact Us to Order' button under the description of an item you are interested in. This action will open a blank email addressed to (re)connecting.earth / art-werk. Simply send us an email with your name and address, and we will respond with a bill for the product. Upon completion of your payment, we will process your order within seven working days.

Dispatch Schedule

• General Dispatch Times: We dispatch orders primarily from Tuesday to Friday each week. If you have specific date requirements or need expedited processing, please contact us to discuss potential accommodations.

Order Confirmation

• Confirmation and Tracking: After your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your order.

Shipment

• Shipment Costs: The cost of shipping will be calculated according to your address. Once we receive your details, we will provide you with the relevant shipping fees.

Receiving Your Order

• Cooling-Off Period: A 14-day cooling-off period is provided upon receipt of your order. During this time, you can return items if they don't meet your expectations. 

Returns Information

• Return Process:
  • Email us at contact@art-werk.ch to register your wish to exchange or return an item.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items should be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged) and returned in the original or equally secure packaging.
  • If the item was a gift, include the name of the purchaser.
  • Note that sale and pre-order items are eligible for store credit only. Original shipping costs, duties, or taxes incurred are not refundable.

Additional Notes

• Non-Free Returns: As a small organization supporting artistic and educational practice (re)connecting.earth / art-werk does not offer free returns. Use a tracked service for your return and keep proof of postage. We cannot process a return or refund if the item is lost in return transit.
